test PAC

[Test PAC](http://www.testpac.org) is a Reddit community internet advocacy group. We collect funds and distribute them though campaigning dedicated to policing and protecting the internet for all Americans, keeping it free of censorship and exclusivity, and affordable for all citizens. We are not affiliated with or endorsed in any way by reddit, the corporation nor the moderators, owners, shareholders, nor employees of reddit; though we are happy to talk with them about anything that they wish. We are instead a community group. Created by, funded by, content provided by and dialog furthered by you, where here 'yous' become 'us', and together that gives us all money and power to protect the internet. *** **Important Links:** [Donate](http://www.testpacpleaseignore.org/get-involved/donate/) ($20k raised) [Piryx](http://www.testpacpleaseignore.org/get-involved/donate/) or [Qgiv](https://secure.qgiv.com/for/skgam8/) [FEC Disclosure](http://query.nictusa.com/cgi-bin/com_detail/C00511055/) [I have an idea for TestPAC](http://testpacpleaseignore.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/I-have-an-idea-for-testpac.pdf) *** **Test PAC In the News:** [Fox News](http://www.foxnews.com/tech/2012/08/30/2012-political-tug-war-for-internet/) (8/30/12) [Politico](http://www.politico.com/morningtech/0812/morningtech535.html) (8/17/12) [Phoenix New Times](http://tinyurl.com/8o55szy ) (6/5/12) [GigaOM](http://gigaom.com/2012/06/04/isolationist-no-more-the-internet-goes-to-washington/) (6/4/12) [Politico](http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0512/76933.html) (5/31/12) [OpenSecrets](http://www.opensecrets.org/news/2012/05/sopa-sponsor-smith-cleans-up-the-mo.html) (5/30/12) [Mother Jones](http://www.motherjones.com/mojo/2012/05/i-can-haz-cheezburger-mogul-targets-lamar-smith) (5/25/12) [The Young Turks](http://tinyurl.com/7eqs3w8 ) (5/24/12) [Daily Dot](http://www.dailydot.com/politics/reddit-testpac-tv-ad/) (5/23/12) [Politico](http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0512/76180.html) (5/11/12) [webpronews](http://www.webpronews.com/reddits-testpac-raises-9000-against-sopa-creator-lamar-smith-2012-05) (5/7/12) [freakoutnation](http://tinyurl.com/9kzy2pe ) (5/6/12) [boingboing](http://boingboing.net/2012/05/05/reddits-testpac-is-campaigni.html) (5/6/12) [Mother Jones](http://motherjones.com/politics/2012/04/reddit-lamar-smith-sopa-testpac) (4/23/12) [TechPresident](http://techpresident.com/news/22084/test-pac-organizes-internet-freedom) (4/20/12) [mySA](http://www.mysanantonio.com/news/news_columnists/article/A-tale-of-two-Lamars-3465232.php) (4/6/12) [Tom's Guide](http://www.tomsguide.com/us/REddit-TestPAC-SOPA-PIPA-Lamar-Smith,news-14720.html) (4/5/12) [Death & Taxes](http://www.deathandtaxesmag.com/181479/reddit-users-pac-starts-exacting-revenge-on-sopa-creator-lamar-smith/) (4/5/12) [Tucson Citizen](http://tinyurl.com/9s6molb ) (4/5/12) [Mashable](http://mashable.com/2012/04/05/reddit-pac-lamar-smith/) (4/5/12) [P2P Foundation](http://tinyurl.com/97lkanv ) (4/5/12) [boingboing](http://boingboing.net/2012/04/04/reddit-based-pac-takes-aim-at.html) (4/4/12) [The Next Web](http://thenextweb.com/us/2012/03/30/meet-testpac-an-upstart-political-action-committee-that-calls-reddit-home/) (3/30/12) [Roll Call](http://www.rollcall.com/news/internet_pac_goes_after_lamar_smith-213332-1.html?pos=hln) (3/22/12) [Texas Independent](http://www.americanindependent.com/214070/grassroots-internet-based-pac-targets-rep-lamar-smith) (3/16/12) [Houston Chronicle](http://blog.chron.com/txpotomac/2012/03/texmessage-rep-lamar-smith-faces-challenge-from-grassroots-pac/) (03/12/12) [Daily Dot](http://www.dailydot.com/politics/reddit-test-pac-please-ignore-lamar-smith/) (3/12/12) [boingboing](http://boingboing.net/2012/03/08/reddit-pac-aims-to-kick-sopa.html) (3/8/12) [Daily Texan](http://www.dailytexanonline.com/news/2012/02/13/test-pac-aims-unseat-lamar-smith) (2/13/12) [World Book & News](http://www.worldbookandnews.com/news/united-states/273036-Test-PAC-Receives-FEC-Approval.html) (2/8/12) [Mass Daily Collegian](http://dailycollegian.com/2012/02/08/umass-alum-starts-pac/) (2/8/12) [Internet Evolution](http://ht.ly/1h0z4D) (1/30/12) [Digital Trends](http://www.digitaltrends.com/web/can-online-activists-eliminate-politicians-that-dont-understand-the-internet/) (1/28/12) [Beta Beat](http://www.betabeat.com/2012/01/23/reddit-pac-hive-pac-test-pac-osdf-open-source-democracy-foundation-01232012/) (1/23/11) [Daily Dot](http://www.dailydot.com/politics/reddit-pac-please-ignore-political-action/) (1/23/11) *** **Social Media** [Facebook](http://www.facebook.com/pages/Test-PAC-Please-Ignore/379070225439660) [Twitter](https://twitter.com/#!/TestPAC) [Steam Group](http://steamcommunity.com/groups/testpac) *** Test PAC is not affiliated with Reddit or its parent company, Advance Publications. ###Follow us on Twitter [@testPAC](http://twitter.com/#!/testpac) and Like us on [Facebook](http://www.facebook.com/testpac)!
